10-Nov-2008 Personal Income Tax Rates for 2007-08, as well as 2008-09 can be downloaded from our resources page.:

The Low Income tax offset for the 2008-09 income year will increase from $750 to $1200.  Therefor, taxpayers will be entitled to the Low Income tax offset if their taxable income is less that $60,000.

The Company Tax Rate for 2007-08 remains unchanged at 30%

The Maximum Kilometre claim in 2007-08 is 5,00o km per vehicle and the rates are shown on page 4.  Note that the rates have not increased on the 2007 rates.  The Tax Office has been queried on this given the sharp rise in petrol prices in the last twelve months.
